Play pool or tennis, go for a short trip one or two weeks at a time. Or just walk around the golf course and watch a match . (Just have some hot spice tea or a good cup of coffee , or nice glass of Moscato wine ) Listen to some classical music an just be present in the moment alone or with some one I enjoy being around...
